Refund policy

OGHOSA SARIA runs an Exchange Only policy.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY.

  • Items must be sent unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags in its original position and the original packaging included.
  • If the product that you would like to exchange is sold out. We will send you a store credit after reception of the return package.
  • Your exchange item must be arrive at the Oghosa Saria headquarter no later than 10 days after your delivery date.
  • Shipping costs are not covered by Oghosa Saria when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
  • Any exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
